Maintenance method of electric chain hoist
1.The electric hoist newly installed or installed after disassembly and inspection should first be empty test run several times. But before the installation is complete, do not power test turn.
2. Before normal use, the electric chain hoist should be carried out with 125% of the rated load, about 100 mm off the ground, 10 minutes of static load test, and check whether it is normal.
3. Dynamic load test is based on rated load weight, repeated lifting and left and right movement test, after the test to check whether the mechanical transmission part, electrical part and connection part is normal and reliable.
4. In use, it is absolutely forbidden to use in the environment that is not allowed, and in excess of the rated load and rated closing times per hour (120 times).
5. During installation, debugging and maintenance, it is necessary to strictly check whether the limit device is flexible and reliable. When the hook rises to the upper limit position, the distance between the hook shell and the drum shell must be greater than 50mm(10t,16t,20t must be greater than 120mm). When the hook is lowered to the lower limit position, the safety ring of the wire rope on the drum should be ensured, and the effective safety ring must be more than 2 rings.
6. It is not allowed to press two flashlight door buttons that make the electric chain hoist move in opposite directions at the same time.
7. After the work is finished, the main switch of the power supply must be opened to cut off the power supply.
8. The electric chain hoist should be operated by a special person. The operator should fully grasp the safe operation rules, and it is strictly prohibited to pull and hoist.
9. In use, special personnel must regularly check the electric chain hoist, and take timely measures when finding faults, and carefully record them.
10. When adjusting the braking slip of the electric chain hoist, it should ensure that under the rated load, the braking slip S≤V/100(V is the stable lifting distance under the load within one minute).
