THE CAPACITY LIMIT OF A SINGLE BEAM CRANE

 The fixed load of alarm scale should be set up after the lifting limiter of single beam crane is installed.This method is nothing more than suspending the load of a similar alarm weight on a single-beam crane, lifting the goods off the ground and turning the load control button on the instrument panel until a flashing alarm signal is announced.

 Secondly, adjust the button of the potentiometer of the digital instrument, display the number or text equivalent to the actual lifting weight of the single beam crane, and set the additional load in the same way.When the single beam crane is overloaded, it can cut off the rising circuit and the power supply quickly.After adjusting the button of each potentiometer, it should be locked immediately and sealed with paint. Do not turn the button for special adjustment.

 Single-beam crane is the introduction of German equipment research and development of new products.It has the advantages of novel structure, application, simplicity, flexible use, large operating space and so on.This machine is a kind of energy saving and efficient material transport machinery, can be widely used in factories, mines, busy production lines, tooling supporting lines, etc., in the warehouse wharf for machine tool hoisting and heavy lifting, transfer, the following is the safety requirements of overload limiting device should be added to the single beam crane:

 1. The overall error of hoisting limiter is not more than 8% for mechanical type and 5% for electronic type;

 2. Warning signals should be announced when the load reaches 90% of the additional target weight;

 3. After the load limiter is installed, the single-beam crane should be adjusted and set according to its performance and accuracy.When the load is greater than the extra lifting weight, it should be able to automatically cut off the upward power supply and announce the stop signal.
