Electric hoist first run, how to do maintenance?
Before the first start up of the electric hoist, some tests and experiments need to be carried out. The maintenance of the new machine has been carried out to extend the service life and ensure the safe operation.In this process, the following points should be noted:
1.For the newly installed electric hoist or the electric hoist installed after disassembly and inspection, first of all, several times of no-load test run shall be conducted.But before the installation is completed, do not try to turn on the power.Before normal use, the static load test shall be carried out at 125% of the rated load, lifting from the ground about 100mm, 10 minutes, and check whether it is normal.
2. The dynamic load test is conducted with the rated load weight for repeated lifting and left and right moving tests. After the test, check whether the mechanical transmission part, electrical part and connection part are normal and reliable.In use, it is absolutely prohibited to use in an unallowable environment, that is, in excess of the rated load and rated closing times per hour (120 times).
3. During installation, debugging and maintenance, the limit device must be strictly checked whether it is flexible and reliable. When the hook rises to the upper limit position, the distance between the hook shell and the drum shell must be greater than 50mm (10t,16t,20t must be greater than 120mm).When the hook is lowered to the lower limit position, the safety ring of the wire rope on the drum shall be guaranteed, and the effective safety ring shall be more than 2 circles.
4. It is not allowed to press two flashlight door buttons which make the electric hoist move in the opposite direction at the same time.After the completion of the work must be the power supply of the main brake, cut off the power supply.In addition, it should be controlled by a special person, and the operator should fully grasp the safe operation rules. It is strictly prohibited to pull the slanting crane.
5. In use, the electric hoist must be regularly inspected by specialized personnel, and timely measures should be taken when faults are found, and carefully recorded.When adjusting the braking slip of electric hoist, the braking slip S V/100 (V is the stable lifting distance within one minute under load) should be guaranteed under rated load.
6.Standards for wire rope scrapping: the inspection and scrapping standards for wire rope shall be in accordance with CB/ t5972-1986 "practical code for inspection and scrapping of wire rope for hoisting machinery".
7. Sufficient lubricating oil must be kept in the use of electric hoist, and the lubricating oil should be kept clean and free from impurities and dirt.Wire ropes should be oiled with a bristle brush or small pieces of wood. It is strictly prohibited to oil the working wire ropes directly by hand.
8. When the electric hoist is not working, it is not allowed to hang the weight in the air to prevent permanent deformation of parts.In the process of use, if the fault is found, the main power supply should be cut off immediately.And pay special attention to wearing parts.
9.10~20 tons hoist may be automatically cut off after continuous operation for a long time, which belongs to the overheating protection function of the motor. At this time, it can be lowered. After a period of time, the motor can continue to work after cooling down.
