1. Good quality electric hoist before use to check:
(1) in the operator's walking range and the weight through the route should be free of obstacles.
(2) the manual control button up and down, left and right direction should be accurate and sensitive action, motor and reducer should be no abnormal sound.
(3) brake should be sensitive and reliable.
(4) good quality electric hoist running track should be no foreign matter.
(5) upper and lower limiter action should be accurate.
(6) hook stop nut should be tightened.
(7) hooks should be flexible in horizontal and vertical rotation.

2. Good quality electric hoist shall not unload heavy objects by side and overload use is prohibited.
3. In the use of the process, the operator should always check whether the wire rope is disorderly buckle, knot, groove, wear and other phenomena, if there should be timely elimination, and often check whether the rope guide device and limit switch is safe and reliable.
4. It is not allowed to use the limit device to stop lifting heavy objects or stop the operation of equipment in daily work.
5. After the work is finished, turn off the main power switch and cut off the main power supply.
6. Special maintenance personnel shall be set up to check the main performance and safety state of the electric hoist once a week, and remove the faults in time.
7. The brake ring on the brake wheel of the motor fan shall not be stained with grease. The adjusting nut shall be tightened to avoid accidents caused by brake failure.
8. The good quality electric hoist lubrication parts should be timely add an appropriate amount of lubricating oil, lubricating oil should be clean, do not contain other impurities. The lubricating oil should be replaced every 2 months. Must add enough lubricating oil before using to lift reducer and running reducer.
9. Good quality electric hoist use process, found fault should be cut off the main power supply.
10. The good quality electric hoist does not work, do not allow the weight hanging in the air, to prevent the parts from permanent deformation.
11. After use, should stop at the designated safe place. Rainproof cover should be provided outside.
12. It is forbidden to press two buttons in opposite directions at the same time. Others can be manipulated at the same time.
13. Maintenance lifting reducer disassembly shall not use a screwdriver, flat shovel and other hit the joint surface, the application of wood hammer gently hit the protruding part of the box, so as not to damage the box and box cover sealing plane.
14.The working environment temperature of good quality electric hoist is -25 ~ +40℃.
15. Good quality electric hoist is not suitable for places with corrosive gas or relative humidity greater than 85%, can not replace explosion-proof hoist, should not be lifted molten metal or toxic, flammable and explosive articles.
