Test run of electric hoist
The test run of electric hoist refers to the hoist that has been disassembled for maintenance and should be run before it is put into operation.
(1) in the no-load state, start each mechanism to rotate several times to check whether the electrical circuit is correct and whether the mechanism operates normally.If equipped with an electric car, the electric car should also be idling test.
(2) hoist 1.25 times of rated load, 100mm off the ground, and suspend for 10min. Observe whether all institutions are normal. When lifting 1.5 times of rated load, the system shall slip.
(3) lift the rated load and conduct repeated running tests. If there is i-beam track, it shall be carried out on the track to check whether the hoist's brake transmission mechanism and connecting parts are reliable.
(4) check whether the track support is safe and reliable, whether the spring of the hook device is loose, and whether the chain is kinked.
(5) add enough lubricating grease to all lubricating parts.
(6) the problems found in the test should be solved one by one, and the abnormal hoist should not be put into use.
The test run of electric hoist must be carried out before use. If any problems occur in the process and cannot be put into use, the relevant technical personnel should be contacted to solve immediately.
