Explosion-proof electric hoist

 Main Application

Electric hoist is suitable for lifting and transporting heavy loads in an explosive gas environment in the factory (LL Class). It can be used in explosion-proof single beam overhead crane or  suspension overhead crane. It can also be mounted on a fixed suspended I-steel track for straight line or curved reciprocating motion.

can also be installed to be used for ascension or winch.

Electric hoists are not suitable for use in environments full of corrosive gases.


 Environmental conditions

"ExdIIBT4" explosion-proof electric hoist is suitable for in the factory with explosion-proof level not higher than"B" level, ignition temperature group is not less than "T4" group of combustible gas, vapor and air formation of explosive gas environment. The hazardous areas applicable to all types of electric hoists are "zone 1" and "Zone 2". Examples of hazardous gases applicable to various types of electric hoists are shown in table 1. Other gases not included in the table can be found in GB3836.1-2000 Appendix B to the 1th part of the electrical equipment for explosive gas environment: general requirements.
