1. Lifting weight The maximum weight that the hoist is allowed to lift at one time is called the rated lifting weight, and the unit is ton (t) or kilogram (kg). The rated load of the hook hoist does not include the self-weight of the hook and the movable pulley. The mass of the grabbing device that can be removed, such as the grab and the electromagnet, is included in the rated lifting capacity. When there is more than one rated lifting capacity, the rated lifting capacity is usually called the maximum lifting capacity, or simply lifting capacity.
2. Lifting height Lifting height refers to the vertical distance from the ground or the top surface of the track to the highest lifting position of the retrieval device (the hook takes the center of the shackle, the lowest point of the grab, other containers and the lifting electromagnet), and the unit is meters (M). If the retrieval device can fall below the ground or rail surface, the vertical distance from the ground or rail surface to the lowest position of the retrieval device is called the lowering depth. At this time, the total lifting height H is the sum of the lifting height h1 above the track and the laying depth h2 below the track, that is, H=h1+h2.
