Four steps of testing for Crane
Before the testing of the crane, we need to cut off all the power supply, check whether the connecting pieces of each structure are firm, whether the structure is deformed, whether the chain falls situation, there are no obstacles on the track, whether the electrical system circuit is normal, and whether the switch is closed.
After confirming that there is no abnormality above, no load testing can be carried out. The no-load testing does not lift heavy objects, turn on the power supply, start all mechanisms to make them operate, and check the accuracy and flexibility of lifting limit and trolley operation limit. Repeatedly confirm whether the operation is normal and carry out the static load test run after there is no problem.
The static load test starts to increase the load and gradually increases to the rated load from small to large. The trolley runs repeatedly on the bridge without any abnormality. Remove the load and stop the trolley in the middle of the span. Check whether there is deformation. If there is deformation, measure the deformation and compare the crane instructions to see if it meets the requirements.
Finally, the test run can be carried out under the action load, and the rated load can be lifted. At the same time, the starting mechanism can be operated forward and backward. According to the working cycle sequence, the test time is 1 hour. Observe whether the action of each mechanism is sensitive, whether the work is stable and reliable, and check the reliability of each limit switch and protection interlock device, and whether there is abnormal noise and vibration.
