Through the research of this subject, the series spectrum of lightweight reducer of bridge crane has been formed; the modular design of lightweight reducer has been realized; the series design scheme of lightweight reducer has been established; the trial production and comprehensive performance test of five kinds of reducer prototypes have been completed; the new lifting mechanism with three-point support suitable for 5-100t Bridge crane and 125-200t bridge crane has been put forward. According to the complete theoretical research and comprehensive performance test of the prototype, it is proved that the research results of this subject have all the conditions for popularization and application of lightweight bridge crane. The successful development of lightweight reducer is of great significance to promote the development of China's lifting machinery towards lightweight, energy-saving, safe and reliable international advanced technology. At present, the project has made a breakthrough in the aspects of independent intellectual property rights, scientific and technological personnel training and industrial base construction. The enterprise standard of crane two-fulcrum reducer has been studied and formulated, and the industrial standard of crane two-fulcrum reducer has been drafted for approval. Three international papers, one domestic paper and two national patents have been published. The sponsors and four co-sponsors of this project have 58 participants, including 9 doctoral students and graduate students. The research and manufacture time of this project has reached 408 person-times/month. A large number of scientific research and design personnel with professional quality have been trained. A research and development team in parameter modular design and structure modular manufacture has been established, which has laid a solid foundation for the design and manufacture of modular series products in China. Talents and technological bases have created industrial development bases.
